We just saw a Web site hyping a real estate developer’s alleged status as a “licensed Chicago developer of luxury homes.”
Well, one doesn’t get licensed to developer luxury homes. And anyone of legal age who fills out a form and pays $125 can become a “licensed Chicago developer.”
A developer’s license is a lot easier to get than a driver’s license.
