We told you today about Melrose Partners plans for 1919 North Sheffield, which has been stripped of its old facade and is getting a new, much fancier one. While everyone happening by can check out the gore at that building, the developer is keeping its other Lincoln Park conversion, 955 West Webster hidden under wraps for now. It looks like a similar vintage European aesthetic will be applied to the brick-and-limestone facade of the Webster building as well. The development has two levels of retail space and three residential units above. Condos have two or three bedrooms, and finishes are similar to those at Melrose’s other projects, including 334 West Menomonee.
