Construction is progressing at Burling Place, 1725 N Burling St, in Lincoln Park. The project comprises six two- to four-bedroom (plus library) units with two to three baths. Floor plans range from 1,344 to 3,166 square feet. The brick-and-limestone building also has an elevator.
The project is a joint effort by Spearhead Development and T. Andrews Construction. Spearhead has really taken a shine to this location, evidently. The company plans to use a two-story building on the south end of the site as its office, according to Lindsay Muller of Rubloff’s Mario Greco Group.
Prices at Burling Place range from the $740s to $2.35 million. One unit has sold.
