A short walk down the 3500 block of South Giles Ave in Bronzeville turns up several new construction projects, like the dauntless Valour Condominiums, pictured at right, which kind of resembles a giant cyclops without its fourth-story windows in. Condos at Valour have two or three really dashing bedrooms and 1,800 fearless square feet.
Two doors down, you’ll find eight two-bedroom condos in a new elevator building at 3550 S Giles Ave, pictured at left. The building has only two units per floor, a deck in the rear, and prices ranging from the $220s to the $250s.
Just down the street, Giles Place sits at 3629 S Giles. The CityFive Development project, marketed by Finders Plus Real Estate, has four condos with three bedrooms, 1,650 square feet and a private deck. Prices range from the $230s to the $290s and include parking.
