After establishing itself as a go-to posh spot, Bucktown has upped the ante with even more stores including the new Bebe and Lululemon and other new boutiques.  If parks, bars and boutiques are what you’re looking for in your immediate neighborhood, consider these new construction options.

Two-bedroom condos :

  • One 2-bath condo in an elevator-serviced  four-flat at 1739 N Milwaukee Ave, priced in the $430s. The home, marketed by Conlon Real Estate, has high ceilings with exposed beams, a steam shower, and parking in a heated, attached garage.
