This is the same single-family home in which Coldwell Banker agent Chelton Blackburn and I shot the video that I posted over the weekend, but these photos provide a clearer picture of the staged home. The house has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and Blackburn says that additional bedrooms could be built in the basement.
Blackburn didn’t mention the price of this particular home, but three-bedroom / 2.5-bath single-family homes are priced from the $250s to the $320s at RDM Development‘s Marquette Village, which is located near 7400 S Rockwell St in Marquette Park.
