We stopped in for our first look at the newly-opened 215 West Washington apartments in the Loop yesterday.
We were greeted by Patricia, who bills herself as a “door-cierge,” a concept that was entirely new to us, but is easy to grasp. Patricia is a combination door attendant and concierge, with a sunny approach to service that just has to make life very pleasant for the building’s residents.
