Historic Prairie Avenue in the South Loop offers just about every kind of housing imaginable these days: cutting-edge high-rises, converted mansions, blues-filled lofts… now Prairie 21, a new-construction mid-rise at 2100 S Prairie Ave, is moving into the neighborhood. We’re working on finding out more details, but we do know the 87-unit building, from Regency Development Group, will have one- to three-bedroom condos priced from the $220s.
