As promised, here’s a new look at The Vue, McHugh Development & Construction‘s 22-home building at 3505 N Ashland Ave in Lake View.
Ten condos, including three fifth-floor penthouses and all of the building’s three-bedroom / 2.5-bath units, are still available, according to the latest price points provided by Jamie Alvarado of the Wolf Residential Group.
Only one home, a 1,005 square-foot two-bedroom on the building’s fourth floor, is selling for less than $400,000. The rest have price points from the $400s to the $720s. Heated indoor parking is available for $25,000 a space.
Condos on the second through fourth floors are available for immediate delivery, Alvarado says. Penthouses can be ready in 30 days.
