CenterStone Development Group sure chose a hoity-toity name for its new condo development at 2221 W Belmont Ave in West Lakeview. The Belle Terre, shown here under construction in late November, will have 12 three-bedroom condos priced from the $460s, which includes parking in a heated garage. The four-story masonry building also has front and rear rooftop terraces and two ground-floor commercial spaces that should help contribute to the resurgence of retail that Yo’s Robert Darrow noticed along the street. The Belle Terre joins two smaller new-construction buildings on the block. Three three-bedroom condos at 2111 W Belmont Ave are priced from the $460s to the $500s, and four three-bedroom condos at 2112 W Belmont Ave are priced from the $470s to the $490s.
