The tree-lined side streets of West Rogers Park are chock-a-block with condo conversions, which we’ve been showing you all week, but we’ve spotted some new construction as well.
Standing like bright red sore thumbs between the pale brick courtyard buildings and small single-family bungalows that line the 6400 block of North Fairfield Ave are two brand-new condo buildings, at 6428 (left) and 6448 N Fairfield Ave (right). Stare long enough at their uninspired, dime-a-dozen design and you may find yourself wishing developers were hacking places like The Chateau.
Three-bedroom condos at the four-unit 6428 building are priced from the $340s (including parking), and the three-unit 6448 are priced from the $280s to the $320s.
