Our roving reporter Jordan has been making the rounds of new home developments in Chicago’s north and northwest suburbs, taking a fresh look at places he visited a year ago.
Ryland Homes Emerald Bay townhome development in Round Lake appears to be enjoying greater success than a number of other projects Jordan has been visiting. More than two dozen new homes have been completed or are under construction during the past year.
Townhomes at Emerald Bay include 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a 2-car garage. Base prices range from the mid-$140s to the $160s.
