Jameson Realty Group has opened sales on a new River North loft conversion at 154 West Hubbard. Prices on the two-bedroom (plus a media room in some floor plans) units stretch from the mid-$500s to the upper-$900s. Studio Dwell Architects is designing the conversion, reconfiguring the six-story building into 18 lofts and about 3,700 square feet of first-floor commercial space. Features include timber ceilings, 12- to 14-foot ceiling heights, Italian Copat cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, garage parking, balconies and rooftop terraces. Jameson is working on an on-site model that will be open early next year.
