Just six townhomes remain at Dubin Residential’s Wabash Club, 2390 S Wabash Ave, and Bear Kaufman Realty has taken over the closeout sales effort.
Construction of the 62-unit development is complete. The remaining townhomes range in price from the $430s to the $460s, according to Steve Samuels, of Bear Kaufman, and can be ready in about 30 days.
