With our recent posts on Sky55, the new-construction high-rise rental development in the South Loop, we thought it was high time we pass along a photo. Apartments at Sky55, 1255 S Michigan Ave, range from one-bedrooms starting at $1,503 per month to two-bedroom penthouses capping out at $4,614 a month. The amenities – auto detailing, vacation services, free wi-fi, travel services, a rooftop pool, a “cardio center,” pet services – are closer to those found at new condo towers than the typical rental. Just make sure you weigh your bulldog before you sign the lease.
