All-brick townhomes at 53rd & Millard (the Web site incorrectly says 53rd & Mildred) will have three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a two-car attached garage. Finishes include hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, granite countertops and Jacuzzi tubs. The homes also have a finished “English basement,” which, according to the floor plan, has a recreation room, a den and a powder room. Prices start in the $260s.
