The loft condos have two or three bedrooms and in addition to the rugged, lofty features, they also have Italian cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and stone bathrooms. Timber ceilings in duplex units reach to 23 feet in the living room and kitchen areas, and floating staircases lead to the second floor. The prices are lofty too, however. Units start in the $440s.
