Old Town bus fare

A woman standing outside the Walgreen’s at North and Wells today was shouting repeatedly, “Does anyone have change for the bus?,” “Excuse me, do you have change for the bus?,” “Does anyone have change for the bus?” She was ranting like a madwoman, emphasizing the word bus.

I was waiting for someone to walk by calmly, saying, “Yes, I do.”
