As if to prove the point, the project’s new “The Spa,” at 55 E Ontario St (312-337-1000), is celebrating its opening with free manicures for the first 30 people to donate used business clothing to The Bottomless Closet on June 1 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Sounds like the perfect opportunity to get a first-hand taste of this new hotel condo craze.
