Betancourt Realty liked its new condo building at 2041 W Division St so much that it moved into the building’s retail space and etched its name into the facade. Buyers must like the place, too, because all but one of its residences are sold.
The last remaining condo in this nine-unit, elevator building is a two-bedroom duplex priced in the $480s, says Joseph Betancourt. The home has two baths, a gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, angled hardwood floors, a fireplace, and front and rear balconies. Residents can also access a common deck space on the roof.
The unit comes with one space in an indoor, heated garage. An additional space is also available for an extra charge, Betancourt says.
The condo is about $100,000 less expensive than the two-bedrooms Ranquist Development built just down the street at 2157 W Division St, but the price seems in line with the six-unit building four blocks south at 2028 W Augusta Blvd, where two-bedrooms top out in the $490s.
