The latest promotion from Deer Point Homes at its Ponds of Bull Valley project in Woodstock offers buyers free ceramic tile in master baths if they purchase one of two “homes of the month.” Free tile doesn’t smack of desperation, although given the tight margins at such developments and single-family prices starting in the $240s, every giveaway has to hurt.
