The six-story building, designed by Bob Bistry of Built Form Architecture, looks remarkably modern for the area; plans call for floor-to-ceiling glass and private balconies for each unit, some of which look out onto Legion Park to the south. One- to three-bedroom condos are priced from the $250s, which includes one indoor parking space.
