Coldwell Banker’s Linda Martin hosted a “Day in the Country” open house event that featured a number of the people who are behind the scenes in designing and staging North Shore homes.
The event was held at 135 Dickens, a 4-bedroom, 4 full and two half-bath home on 2.3 acres on a private lane in Northfield. The home, which includes a tennis court and indoor pool, is listed for sale at $2,950,000.
Architectural designer Geno Benvenuti, who redesigned the home half a dozen years ago, shows me around the main living areas in this video, describing how he updated the home for a more contemporary lifestyle.
