Over the years I’ve been in a number of homes that have benefitted from a makeover by, or been built by architectural designer Gino Benvenuti of Benvenuti and Stein. Each home was distinctive, reflecting the varied tastes of his clients.
I met Geno earlier today at a home in Northfield that he redesigned for the owners half a dozen years ago. We toured a portion of the home, which is for sale for $2,950,000 then sat for a chat about the trends he sees in North Shore homes today.
In a separate video Geno walks me through the main living areas of 135 Dickens, which is listed for sale with Coldwell Banker’s Linda Martin, talking about the scope of his redesign.
