Realtor Eric Rojas brings us up to speed on the plans for a new residential / commercial development planned for the current site of a Sears parking lot on Lawrence Avenue, next to the elevated Metra line. Plans at one time called for a condominium tower, but Rojas believes the residential elements will be of a smaller scale. A Roundy’s grocery store is also planned for the site.
