RiverHouse promises condos, zen, Blago in Albany Park

Here’s a look at the site of developer Real Concord’s RiverHouse, a sizable new condo development planned for 4835 N Sacramento Ave in Albany Park. The project, located just across the street from Manor’s Gate, promises a “zen inspired river view” in the governor’s neighborhood. We don’t have an exact unit count on the building let, but we know it will have condos with two to four bedrooms, a rec room, a gym and a swimming pool. Prices range from the $310s to the $640s.
