Herlo Developers is behind the eight-unit conversion at 1854 W Chase Ave. The two-bedroom condos are priced from the $160s. 
Berger & Co. Realtors is marketing 7514 N Damen Ave, where two- and three-bedroom condos are priced around the $240s.
The Preferred Realty Group is marketing two-bedroom condos at Winchester Estates, located at 7520 N Winchester.
The Greenview, located at 7650 N Greenview Ave, has 23 condos with one or two bedrooms priced from the $170s.
