Rubloff, that tony collection of real estate agents best known for its Gold Coast and Lincoln Park listings, now allows people to subscribe to RSS feeds for open house information. This means you can subscribe to specific search parameters and any open houses that meet your search will be sent automatically to your computer, complete with pictures.
Here at Yo headquarters, real estate and RSS feeds seem like a natural fit (lots of constantly updated information and a simple and effortless way to have it delivered to us) so we’re excited to see that real estate agents are jumping on the RSS bandwagon.
Of course, we also like to fancy ourselves two steps and a skip hop ahead of the crowd, so people have been able to get their daily dose of Yo on an RSS feed for quite some time (check out the “Subscribe” menu on the lower right portion of YoChicago Today). For those wanting updates on a specific search, head to the search page of your choice, set your parameters, and click “Subscribe to this selection.” Easy as pie.
