The condos at 3057 N Clybourn Ave are sold out – despite a sign outside the property advertising that two of the six units are available, says John McNaughton, a sales agent with Prudential Preferred Properties, which is marketing the project.
McNaughton says all six units are complete, and closings are expected in the coming month.
