Though 3039 N Hamilton Ave isn’t the type of single-family home you’ll often see in Ireland, the home comes with a distinct Irish perk. Patrick Santry, an agent with Coldwell Banker, says he’ll perform an Irish jig for anyone who views the home.
“I usually stand out there every morning and do a little Riverdance on the street to draw attention,” jokes Santry, who is from County Cork, Ireland.
The 4,000-square-foot home – which replaced “a piece of crap two-flat,” according to Santry – has five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home is also close to Hamlin Park (corrected from “Hamilton Park”).
Coldwell Banker lists the home at $1.3 million.
