If you walk along West Augusta Boulevard in Ukrainian Village, you’ll stumble across two new construction projects within a few feet of one another.
Exemplary Builders, which has developed condos and single-family homes in Lincoln Park and Old Town, is developing 2028 W Augusta Blvd, a six-unit building, and 2032 W Augusta Blvd, a three-unit building.
Four out of six units in 2028 W Augusta Blvd are available, according to Ryan Huyler, an agent with Coldwell Banker Matt Garrison Group, which is marketing the project. The three-story brick building has condos with two bedrooms and two baths, Huyler says.
Two out of the three units in 2032 W Augusta Blvd are available, according to Huyler. 
The building has units with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, he adds.
Prices range from $369,000 to $499,000, Huyler says. Outdoor parking is available in a lot behind the buildings, and features include hardwood floors, natural stone in the kitchen and baths, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Deliveries for 2032 W Augusta Blvd are immediate and those for 2028 W Augusta Blvd start at the end of July, Huyler says.
