If you weren’t listening carefully to developer Geoff Ruttenberg in the video that Joe shot at CA23 last month, you might have missed it when he discussed how quickly those homes are selling.
“We have 24 units in our first phase. Currently, we have 12 units under contract, and we just recently sold five more,” Ruttenberg said in the April 15 video. That’s not too shabby, especially considering that most of the homes hadn’t even been drywalled by mid-April.
Yesterday, I received an email update from CA23’s Koening & Strey sales team announcing that six homes have been sold in the past three weeks at the West Loop development, leaving just six available homes in the building. According to the email, the remaining homes include two three-bedroom / 2.5-bath condos priced in the $640s and two combination units that are priced at $1.45 million.
