The last sales update we posted for Lakeside Lofts was in March, when 14 units were still for sale at Bluestone Development’s 100-unit mid-rise at 2035 S Indiana Ave in the South Loop.
An assistant at Nadine Feratta‘s Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office says that only nine units are available now: eight two-bedroom / two-baths and one one-bedroom / one-bath. The two-bedrooms are priced in the low to high $300s, and an MLS listing has the one-bedroom priced in the $250s.
The development’s Web site shows a floor plate, but instead of allowing users to enlarge individual floor plans, there’s a different page on the site with these strange interior renderings. This one at right is for the 01 tier, a 1,062 square-foot two-bedroom / two-bath unit. An MLS listing for unit 201 says the home has a 12′ x 10′ master bedroom, a 11′ x 10′ second bedroom, and a 18′ x 14′ living room. It’s priced in the low $300s.
The free parking deal offered in the winter and spring is no longer available, according to the assistant I spoke with. Garage parking is now priced at $30,000.
