Victoria Place, a development at 1815 – 1827 N Milwaukee Ave in Bucktown, has four of its 15 condos left, according to Greg Faulkner, a sales agent with Sudler Sotheby’s International Realty’s Little & Faulkner team.
Faulkner says 12 units are complete, and construction for the other three begins this fall with deliveries expected in fall 2008. All the units have two bedrooms and two baths and are priced from $419,500 to $454,500, including garage parking, he says.
The units are about 1,450 square feet, and features include Brazilian cherry or natural oak floors, 42-inch cabinets, granite counters, private balconies and rear decks. Three retail spaces will be on the first floor.
VLF Development is the developer and Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture designed the building.
