The large, enclosed rooftop structure — set back from the perimeter of the rest of the building but covering most of the rooftop area — shown in the rendering for Lincoln Manor is conspicuously absent from the real deal, making the Budlong Woods building one of the bigger blunders we’ve seen. The development, located at 5300 N Lincoln Ave, has 19 condos with two or three bedrooms priced from the $300s to the $380s.
