When we photographed 1720 S. Michigan back in July (right), developer CMK Companies had barely broken ground on the development. When we visited yesterday, though, we found the Brininstool + Lynch-designed building (top left) was already five stories off the ground. The 33-story high-rise packs in 498 condos with one to three bedrooms, and prices range from the $180s to the $490s.
