Summertime and the parking's easy at Skybridge

Skybridge

Developers of Skybridge, the West Loop’s 39-story architectural wonder, are running a “summer special.” For a limited time, condos come with one free parking space. The 237-unit Ralph Johnson-designed building has suffered slow sales despite heaps of praise for its design, including the 2003 Distinguished Building Award from the American Institute of Architects. With prices ranging from the $300s to the $850s, is a free parking space, which New Homes Magazine valued at $30,000 in July 2005, enough incentive to move those remaining units? Perhaps they need to up the ante?
