We promised to show you renderings for Beverly Place when they became available, so here’s a look at both the condo and townhouse portions of the development, designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects.
As we mentioned recently, Beverly Place is now under construction on the north side of 103rd Street, just east of the Metra tracks and Longwood Drive. The 10 condos will front 103rd Street, and the 28 townhouses will sit behind them around a courtyard.
The project’s five one-bedroom condos are sold out, according to Nancy Hotchkiss of Prudential Biros Real Estate, which is marketing the project. The remaining two-bedroom condos start at $341,600. The townhouses, eight of which have sold so far, start at $394,900.
