Ten East Delaware, the 35-story high-rise that’s built for comfort will have its grand opening this weekend in a new sales center, located at 33 W Delaware Pl. The Lucien Lagrange-designed building drew some criticism from Yo reader Sam, who called “the silly retro design” a product of the “Gold Coast geriatric crowd” and its influence over neighborhood design. The sales center, where we’re praying a better-quality rendering of the building will be displayed, will be open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday.
