The Columbian – intelligent design?

In fact, in our photos it looks like the heavens are about to open. Perhaps He wasn’t pleased with the construction crew’s interpretation of His plan? Despite Neighborhood Rejuvenation Partners’ melodramatic rendering, the 46-story high-rise doesn’t have quite the same majestic presence in the er, flesh, not that would-be buyers are given much to go on in this rendering. But Yo does think that it’s probably an improvement on the old Avenue Motel that once stood at Roosevelt Road and Michigan Avenue, and apparently it’s selling quite well. Units were priced from the $310s to $1.27M last we checked. Wonder what He thinks?
