Architects Jim Plunkard and Paul Alessandro take YoChicago’s Joe Zekas and Phil Berger into the vast depths of the Powerhouse Building, a landmark structure at 221 N Clinton St that required extensive and complicated renovation. The tour reflects Plunkard’s enthusiasm for what he calls “urban exploring.”
