When people live near construction they usually complain of high noise levels and dusty debris. But what about the fact that gut rehabs can also be a real eyesore, at least while construction is in process? Walking past this building of two-bedroom condos at 1463 W Winnemac Ave, in Uptown, made us cringe and taking photos almost cracked the camera lens.
