We’ve noticed a trend of real estate agent Web sites apparently claiming credit for the sales effort on projects with which they had little or no connection.
This site, for example, reports 1150 N Lake Shore Dr and 680 N Lake Shore Dr as “Sold out” along with other projects that are currently on the market.
When last we checked, 1150 sold out in about 1977, and 680 hit that mark some time in the early 80s.
