Rounding out the new construction on one of the busiest blocks in Albany Park is Lawrence Tower Pointe, located next to the site of RiverHouse at 3000 W Lawrence Ave. The building, whose design is much more traditional than some of the other new buildings coming up on the block, has 24 two-bedroom condos with private balconies and ground-floor commercial space. Remaining units have 1,295 to 1,378 square feet, and prices range from the $300s to the $320s.
