Today, the New East Side, tomorrow the world! Magellan Development Group is putting the finishing touches on plans for the Parkhomes at Lakeshore East, that sleepy little hamlet with seven high-rises in various stages of development. Twenty-four townhomes with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms will border the six-acre park at the heart of Lakeshore East. The developer has just started teasing us with the Parkhomes in advertisements for other available Lakeshore East high-rises: The Chandler, 340 on the Park and New Homes Magazine‘s pick for Chicago’s best new residential high-rise, Aqua. No word yet on when sales will begin, but Magellan is accepting reservations for the townhomes.
