A new conversion is in the works in Roscoe Village. Marketer @properties is teasing Wolcott Flats, the conversion of two apartment buildings into a 36-unit condo development at 3449 N Wolcott Ave. Units will have one or two bedrooms and 20-foot by 14-foot decks, and prices start in the $250s. Construction on a model unit is underway, and @properties agent (or is it @gent?) Michele Shear anticipates closings will start in the spring of 2007.
