Yo rocked up to Lexington Park Condominiums’ grand opening that wasn’t at the weekend. The high-rise, slated for Cermak and Indiana, was supposed to open sales on site, but when we arrived all we found was a slightly apologetic security guard. We sweet-talked our way inside the Chieftain Group’s sales center, but there wasn’t an awful lot to see. Here is a model kitchen, and what follow is a close-up of the green roof on the model. The one- and two-bedroom condos are priced from the $200s.
