Rubloff is promising “heirloom-caliber finishes” in 630 West Wellington, Castleview Construction’s new eight-unit condo development in Lakeview East.
What does that mean? For starters, I think it refers to the custom molding and paneling throughout the units.
The building is located at 630 W Wellington Ave, which is about half-way between Clark Street and Broadway in Lakeview East. Rubloff agent Fred Merritt says that buyers have already closed on two of the building’s eight condos, and he expects buyers to close on four more in the next month.
If everything goes according to plan, that means that there will be two identical three-bedroom / two-bath units are available in the building. Merritt says both units measure about 2,000 square feet, and they’re both listed at $699,000.
Aside from the paneling, these units come with a washer and dryer, a Grohe spa bath and steam shower, a Bosch dishwasher, and a wine cooler. Each unit has a rear balcony attached to the master bedroom that Merritt says measures 140 square feet, and one garage parking spot comes with each condo.
