Starting at just shy of $2 million, each of these four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom homes encompass 4,738 square feet. They’ll be located in front of the newly-built rose garden on the 700 block of West 14th Street. The site was originally intended for townhomes, according to Kathleen Ryan, Sales Director for Ivy Hall, but strong demand for single-family homes in the area prompted the South Campus Development Team, the consortium of companies that is developing the project, to change its course.
