Marquette Companies has rolled out a “spring savings program” at its Front Street Lofts development in downtown Lemont, offering homes for as much as 40% below the community’s original pricing.
Marquette’s one- and two-story lofts now range from the $130s to $380s. The homes have 863 to 2,232 square feet, one to three bedrooms, and one to 2.5 baths, and range in finish level from authentic lofts with exposed concrete and ductwork to softer styles with hardwood floors and painted walls.
Each home comes with one parking space.
Front Street Lofts is approved for FHA-backed mortgages, allowing buyers to make down payments as low as 3.5%.
About 65% of the 82 Front Street Lofts have closed, according to Marquette. Retail tenants, including the Front Street Cantina, started moving into the development’s 24,000 square feet of commercial space last year.
